Win11自动更新了(KB5022913)后出现了失效的现象.

这个版本的托盘好像被改了.
窗口类名好像也变了. 以前是叫 NotifyIconOverflowWindow 的, 现在是 TopLevelWindowForOverflowXamlIsland
