我的电脑执行后，还是休眠，是为什么？

我在powershell中执行powershell "[Void][System.Reflection.Assembly]::LoadWithPartialName('System.Windows.Forms');[System.Windows.Forms.Application]::SetSuspendState('Suspend', $false, $false);"

后还是休眠。不知道为什么。
