有报错无法使用

最近使用有报错，重装动作，重装quicker都无法解决，求您有空看看。

运行子程序(CoDetectNetServer)失败。解析表达式
出错。
内部错
误： "Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime.NativeMethods"
的类型初始值设定项引发异常。无法在
DLL"onnxruntime"中找到名为"OrtGetApiBase"的入
口点。
原始表达式：
CoDetectNet.Server.CoDetect.PredictLanguageWi
thMapping(code)（赋值）
