Usage

select or multi-select files you want to save in Total Commander or Explorer or select the text you want to save.

Run action directly to save them to Telegram's Saved Messages

Hold Ctrl to run the action and save them to a custom chat

If you want to save to a custom chat, you need to select the chat in the following window. You can select Add Chat or Manage Chat Lists from the menu button.

Note: Telegram must be a window or minimized, not in a tray  state
